Senior Speech Pathologist – Team Lead Connect Paediatric Therapy Services is seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Speech Pathologist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team in Karratha. This leadership role empowers families and mentors staff within the allied health sector.
Responsibilities
* Conduct assessments and diagnose communication and feeding disorders in children and young people.
* Develop and deliver evidence-based intervention plans (individual, group, and telehealth).
* Provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional development training for staff.
* Collaborate with families, schools, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care for clients with complex needs.
* Ensure all services align with NDIS requirements and Speech Pathology Australia's Code of Ethics.

Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia.
* Proven experience managing a paediatric caseload and a desire to lead a team.
* Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
* Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* National Police Clearance and 100-point identification check.
* Current C Class driver's licence.

* Strong independent work ethic, excellent communication, and a passion for supporting children with special needs.
