Job Description
AECOM is delivering some of Australia's most critical water infrastructure projects, with major investment in dam infrastructure and long-term partnerships with dam owners nationwide. As part of our industry leading Dams team, you'll contribute to feasibility studies, design, construction and asset management, collaborating with specialists nationally and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions and mentor the next generation of engineers.
With AECOM's flexibility, base yourself in any of our Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Newcastle, Sydney or Perth offices.
How you'll make a difference
Lead and run engineering components of complex, major dam projects and provide technical and strategic direction in their delivery.
Guide and mentor our growing team of engineers to deliver high-quality outputs and excellent client service.
Lead design teams and design programmes from options-analysis through to detailed design of dams.
Create and maintain lasting relationships with our clients.
Qualifications
Proven experience in delivering above-expected outcomes and strong technical capability within the dam industry.
A passion for mentoring and leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy developing and nurturing relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and local industry through project work, client initiatives or industry associations.
A relevant tertiary degree (essential).
