Workforce Operations Leader

Essential Qualifications
* At least 10 years of experience, preferably in MSP, staffing, HR, or procurement, with a strong track record of leadership in managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Expertise in VMS, workforce solutions, and vendor optimization is essential.
* Ability to drive process improvements and implement cutting-edge workforce strategies, fostering collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
