Job Description
The Role:
Cater Care Retail seeks to appoint a committed Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our quick-service retail operation at Newcastle Airport
What This Role Involves
Support and lead team members on shift Ensuring that the food & service standards are of exceptional qualityAssist in staff operations, including scheduling shifts and managing labor resourcesSupervise stock, inventory and cashEnsuring compliance with health/safety regulations and site policies/procedures
Desired Skills And Experience
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 6 months) Ability to supervise staff implement leadership skillsCash, stock and labour control skillsDispute management/conflict resolution skillsFlexibility across work days/hours
