Responsibilities
* Assist in leading the Front Office overnight team to ensure night operations run smoothly, drive team engagement, gather guest feedback, and resolve problems while maintaining brand and cleanliness standards.
* Ensure the safety and security of guests and perform timely and accurate night audit from 11pm to 7am.
* Coach and mentor the overnight team, providing direction and coaching to achieve an exceptional guest experience.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a large hotel front‐office environment.
* Strong communication skills with colleagues and guests.
* Confidence in problem handling and problem‐solving skills, as well as training and organisational abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain standards.
* A proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Strong organisational, written, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and prioritise workload.
* Valid QLD driver's licence.
* First‐aid certification.
* Legal eligibility to live and work in Australia.
* Availability to work overnight across a 7‐day roster.
