Job Description:

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to lead our team and drive store operations to achieve success. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee daily store operations, coach and develop team members, and live, breathe, and role model genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.

You will be responsible for working closely with the Store Managers, managing operations, and ensuring a safe work environment for yourself, team members, and customers. You will also be expected to set a positive example at all times and often have opening and closing responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next step
* Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience
* Ideally have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge
* Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's license
* Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)
* Prioritize safety


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will also need to have a flexible and adaptable approach, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Please note that this role will require lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving.
