About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Knowledge Manager to join our team. As a Knowledge Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that all IT groups follow best practices for knowledge management.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and publish high-quality knowledge objects using structured repositories.
* Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to knowledge and business processes.
* Monitor compliance and manage exceptions to ensure that standards are met.
* Communicate new or updated policies and procedures across the organization.
* Evaluate and report on knowledge performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
* Share knowledge through training, portals, and collaborative sessions.
* Assess and manage valuable knowledge at individual, team, and service line levels.
* Use technology to access, analyze, store, and apply knowledge effectively.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Knowledge Manager or Lead in complex environments.
* Strong ability to harvest, organize, and submit knowledge to central systems.
* Experienced in designing and delivering effective training programs.
* Proficient in filtering, analyzing, and storing large volumes of information.
* Capable of assessing and applying digital tools to support knowledge management processes.
* Able to critically evaluate the value of organizational knowledge assets.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
