About the Role
Griffith Almet Engineering is seeking a reliable and organised Office Assistant to join our team. This role is key to supporting our day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and productive administrative processes within the workshop and office.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage office supplies and inventory
Assist with scheduling and general office administration
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital)
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a qualified manner
Support accounts, quotes, and other office-related tasks as needed
Qualifications
Solid communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Previous office or administration experience is preferred
Experience with MYOB is an advantage
