We are looking for two (2) full‐time experienced, enthusiastic, customer‐focused Sales Team Members to join the team at our busy Joondalup store.
As a key member of our sales team, you'll deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers with your excellent customer service skills and expert knowledge on our wide range of products to help them discover the perfect product for their needs.

What you'll be doing
* Selling/making sales — assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and closing sales
* Providing friendly and attentive customer service to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience
* Maintaining product displays and store presentation to the highest standards
* Accurately processing sales transactions and handling cash and payments
* Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
* Supporting the team in completing other retail store duties as required
What we're looking for
* Permanent work rights in Australia
* Not an approved business sponsor; unsponsored applicants only
* Previous experience in a sales/selling role
* Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, late night trading and school holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner
* Strong product knowledge and the ability to match customer needs with the right products
* Numerical skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and process sales transactions
* A positive, team‐oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with others
* Ability to lift a minimum of 15 kgs as part of your daily duties
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
* A valid current Western Australian Driver's Licence
* Police clearance (less than 2 months old)
* Demonstrated understanding of workplace, health and safety
