We are looking for a permanent part‐time Customer Service Agent for a major Australian retailer. The role focuses on inbound voice interactions with potential exposure to email and written channels.
What Your Day Looks Like
* Handle approximately 30‐40 inbound calls per day, addressing diverse customer concerns.
* Navigate various contact types to resolve customer issues efficiently, with a focus on first‐call resolution.
* Initially focus on voice, with potential for upskilling to digital channels over time.
* Maintain high performance against KPIs, including 90% adherence and 90% QA.
Key Details
Location: Probe Contact Solutions Office, 485 La Trobe Street.
Hours: Part‐time, 20–30 hours per week. Operating hours are 8:30 a.m.–6:00p.m., Monday–Sunday (rotating roster).
Roster: Typically 5 days a week. Initial training (4‐8weeks) in the office (Mon‐Fri), followed by a hybrid model with Monday/Friday WFH options.
Commencement: Training starts on June22nd.
What We're Looking For
* Background in customer service or frontline service.
* Agility and adaptability to handle diverse call types and treat each interaction uniquely.
* Basic computer and navigational skills.
* Must provide own Windows11 PC/laptop for WFH (Macs not supported). A second monitor is preferred.
* Commitment to operating hours 8:30 a.m.–6:00p.m., Monday–Sunday.
