Why UniSC
At UniSC, scale is a strength. As a growing, ambitious university, we offer something increasingly rare in the sector: the opportunity to be seen, heard, and genuinely influential.
Working at a smaller university means your ideas don't get lost in layers of complexity. You will have the scope to shape curriculum, influence strategic direction, and see the impact of your leadership play out in real time, across programs, people and partnerships.
You will work closely with senior leaders and executive colleagues who are accessible, engaged, and invested in academic leadership. Decision‐making is collaborative and purposeful, enabling you to move from concept to implementation with momentum and support.
UniSC is an environment where experienced academics can be impactful without compromising on ambition, quality or reputation. It's a place to stretch into broader leadership, build institutional profile, and take on meaningful responsibility earlier and more visibly than is often possible in larger institutions.
With strong growth across our regions, a clear strategic direction, and a commitment to developing our people, UniSC offers genuine opportunities for career progression, leadership development, and long‐term impact, while maintaining balance, connection and community.
