Brief Description
As an IT Operations Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for end‐user IT support, playing a vital role in keeping our teams productive, secure, and connected. Working within the Service Management team, you'll support day‐to‐day operations while building your technical capability across modern workplace technologies.
Key Activities
* Providing Level 1 Service Desk support for hardware, software, and access issues
* Setting up and managing user accounts across Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft 365
* Monitoring and responding to tickets in line with SLAs, escalating where needed
* Supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting laptops, mobile devices, printers, and AV equipment
* Administering the Microsoft 365 environment and assisting with general IT housekeeping

What Sets You Apart
* Have 1+ years' experience in IT support or help desk roles
* Enjoy solving problems and helping non‐technical users
* Have hands‐on experience with Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
