The Role – E&I Technician – Hazardous Areas
* Perform scheduled electrical & Instrumentation maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment
* Diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment of fuel related assets and equipment
* Electrical Project work as required on the fuel installation and related assets and equipment
* Support subcontracted work packages as required
* Support various sites in the region, with the occasional requirement to travel throughout QLD
As a E&I Technician, you will:
* Be a strong team player, a self-starter and dedicated employee that will draw on your experience and diverse skills to deliver high quality outcomes for UGL and our customer
* E & I Certification and A-grade electrical licence with relevant post trade experience
* Experience in Electrical Equipment in Hazardous Areas / (EEHA) trained essential
* Proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally fuel services or Oil & Gas
* Confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded
* Safety is at the forefront of everything you do!
* Currently hold, or ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance
Rates
* Level 1 – $45.74 p/h + Super – Plus Licence Allowance (50.40 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($36.43 Weekly)
* Level 2 – $49.34 p/h + Super – Plus Licence Allowance (50.40 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($36.43 Weekly)
* Level 3 (Dual Trade) – $52.95 p/h + Super – Plus Licence Allowance (50.40 Weekly) & Tool Allowance ($36.43 Weekly)
