With only one team member currently on the ground, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and strengthen our presence in this dynamic market. Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of solar modules (primary) and energy storage solutions (secondary).
* Build and manage B2B client relationships, focusing on EPCs and C&I projects.
* Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and partner marketing activities.
* Collaborate with global teams while shaping the local strategy in Australia.
Candidate Profile
* Minimum 3 years' experience in solar module sales (5+ years preferred).
* Proven success in B2B client and channel development.
* Strong background in the solar / renewable energy sector.
* High integrity and commitment to respecting existing partner relationships.
What's on Offer
* Competitive compensation: Experienced candidates – from AU$10k / month.
* Senior candidates (5+ years) – up to AU$15k–18k / month.
* Base salary + 13th month + performance bonus / commission.
* Direct reporting to the Business Unit Director.
