The Role
As Senior Manager of Project Assurance, you’ll lead critical advisory services across major technology transformation projects, helping clients navigate delivery risks and make confident decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading project assurance reviews across high-impact technology transformations, including governance, delivery, risk, and change management.
* Advising C-suite and project boards on risk, delivery health, and strategic improvements to ensure successful outcomes.
* Implementing risk management practices to identify, mitigate, and manage risks during all stages of projects and foster a risk-aware culture among project teams.
* Mentoring and developing high-performing teams, while driving continuous improvement and best practice standards.
The Ideal Person
You’re an experienced manager with six or more years in professional services, bringing proven expertise in at least two of the following areas:
* Technology strategy and operations
* Improving IT operations and infrastructure
* Managing technology risks
You’re passionate about leading teams, delivering complex engagements, and working alongside prominent senior stakeholders.
With a high performing and collaborative mindset, you’re committed to mentoring others and making a meaningful impact.
You’re likely to come from a Big 4 or other consulting firm, with stable tenure and a track record of success.
Salary / Rate
* $135k - $160k + Super
* Permanent full-time position
* Centrally located Office
