As a vital member of our technology operations team, this systems administrator role plays a pivotal part in ensuring the security, stability, and efficiency of our national footprint's technology infrastructure.
* Provide technical support to internal stakeholders on server, network, and end-user environments
* Oversee and monitor infrastructure systems to guarantee reliability and security
* Maintain accurate system documentation and contribute to asset lifecycle management
* Support infrastructure hosted both internally and externally
Required Skills and Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess:
* 2–3 years' experience in systems administration or IT support
* A certificate IV or diploma in information technology (or equivalent experience)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and service desk environments
