Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative. Based in Gold Coast, QLD, this role involves providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering engaging customer experiences. The position requires assisting customers via phone, email, or other communication channels and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. While the role is based in the Gold Coast office, some work-from-home flexibility is available.
Qualifications
* Experience in Customer Service and Customer Support
* Expertise in handling Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution
* Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer service tools is a plus
