Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in retail management, ideally in fashion or boutique settings.
* Strong leadership skills, including mentoring, rostering, and team development.
* Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and personalised client experiences.
* Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.
* Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
* Confident in using POS systems, e-commerce platforms, Microsoft Office, and marketing tools.
* A genuine interest in fashion, style, and creating memorable retail experiences.
* Motivated to achieve sales targets while supporting a positive, collaborative team environment.
* Strong stylist and consultative customer service.
