As a Senior Regulatory Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in developing and executing regulatory strategies that support Nufarm’s product portfolio across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and regulatory authorities to ensure our products meet compliance standards and deliver value to growers.
Responsibilities
* Lead regulatory strategy development for key crops and projects
* Prepare and submit registration dossiers, negotiating favourable outcomes with regulators
* Ensure product labels meet legislative and internal standards
* Provide expert regulatory insights to enhance product performance and stewardship
* Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders
* Represent the Regulatory Affairs team internally and externally
* Deliver timely registrations that support regional growth targets
Qualifications
* A tertiary qualification in Agricultural Science, Chemistry, or a related discipline
* At least 5 years’ experience in crop protection and pesticide registration
* Strong understanding of agricultural chemical regulations
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Experience with innovative chemistry or complex label additions is highly regarded
* A collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
