Heavy Rigid Delivery Driver
We are seeking a reliable Heavy Rigid Delivery Driver to join a respected civil construction organisation operating in the Greater Sydney area. This is a permanent full-time role delivering construction materials and equipment to various project sites and assisting with on site installs.
About the Heavy Rigid Delivery Driver role
* Must hold a current HR licence with a track record driving heavy rigid vehicles safely and efficiently.
* Hourly rate range: $28 to $34, with consistent daily overtime to boost the rates.
* Yard based in the western metro region of Sydney.
Key responsibilities
* Start each day at a central yard for vehicle loading and job briefing.
* Safely secure and transport construction materials and equipment to sites.
* Operate heavy rigid vehicles adhering to all road safety regulations.
* Provide assistance with onsite tasks such as pile installation and support for excavation equipment.
* Interpret delivery instructions and site layouts accurately.
* Undertake general labour duties to support field teams when required.
* Be available to work extended hours including overtime as needed.
* Comply with all workplace health and safety standards strictly.
