Responsibilities
* Serve as the Responsible Manager (DASR Pt145) for the PTS PEA maintenance organisation, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight.
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with DASR Pt145 regulations, company policies, and customer expectations.
* Oversee PTS PEA fleet management, risk management, and Work Health & Safety (WHS) practices.
* Achieve key performance indicators and meet all contractual tasking requirements under the PTS contract.
* Act as the primary point of contact for PTS PEA, liaising with Pilatus engineering, CAM Services, and operational staff.
* Collaborate with the Program Services Manager and other Senior Maintenance Managers to maintain safety, quality, and performance standards.
* Promote and participate in the Safety Management System, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
* Lead, coach, and develop employees to ensure maintenance is performed to the highest standards.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting positive staff engagement and teamwork.
* Manage delegated budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial responsibility.
