Your New Role
As the Customer Service/Support Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Customer Service Office, ensuring superior service delivery and adherence to best practice standards. You'll lead and develop a dedicated team, manage performance, and support cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring the customer service team, including induction, training, and performance management
* Ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer orders, invoicing, and credit claims
* Providing comprehensive sales support across all channels, including pricing, promotions, and reporting
* Managing web sales and consumer enquiries with professionalism and responsiveness
* Driving month-end accounting activities and ensuring compliance with internal procedures
* Investigating and resolving Corrective Action Reports with urgency and precision
* Maintaining ERP systems and evolving business processes for greater efficiency
* Overseeing office consumables, cleanliness, and general administration
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety-conscious behaviour
