About the Position
This is a diverse role with responsibilities across accounts management, executive assistance, and general administrative support.
* Providing high-level administrative support, including diary and correspondence management, preparation of reports and coordination of leadership meetings.
* Managing confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
* Coordinating travel, meetings, and company events with precision and attention to detail.
* Monitoring and processing invoices using ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards, payment terms, and deadlines.
* Overseeing office operations, including facilities management, contractor coordination, and procurement.
* Supporting the implementation of organizational initiatives, training programs, and continuous improvement projects.
* Preparing high-quality documentation, presentations, and communication materials on behalf of senior leaders.

You are an experienced professional who can confidently support senior leaders while maintaining efficiency across multiple priorities.
Demonstrated experience providing administrative support in corporate or manufacturing environments.
Financial literacy and ERP system proficiency with a sharp eye for process accuracy and improvement.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
High attention to detail, professionalism, and sound judgment in managing confidential information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience in managing documentation and reporting for senior stakeholders.
