IPAR is seeking individuals with a professional background in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Occupational Therapy to work in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Launceston.

Responsibilities
* Case management with manageable caseloads, supported by Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks.
* Apply clinical knowledge to improve return‐to‐work outcomes and collaborate with employers and employees to develop and implement injury‐prevention and workplace education programmes.
* Work collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals and across various schemes such as workers' compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veterans Affairs, and employer‐funded injury‐prevention programmes.
* Assist those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.
* Complete a variety of assessments, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments, to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or motor‐vehicle‐accident injuries.
* Deliver IPAR's innovative pain‐education Re‐thinking Recovery program, using virtual reality and modern pain science to help clients understand pain and re‐train their brain and body.
Qualifications
* Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Exercise Physiology or Occupational Therapy.
* Full professional registration with AHPRA, full professional accreditation with ESSA, or eligibility to obtain them.
* Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation is highly regarded.
* Strong communication and time‐management skills.
* Compassion, kindness and empathy.
* Valid driver's licence and access to a car with comprehensive insurance.
