We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at our stunning resort, working across a variety of vibrant and dynamic dining outlets.
This is a full-time position, offering 38 hours per week, with rosters provided two weeks in advance to help you plan and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Your primary base will be our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill, renowned for its refined atmosphere and seasonal menu inspired by locally sourced ingredients. You may also have the chance to broaden your experience by working in our SummerSalt food truck, located at our adults-only pool bar offering a Mediterranean-style snack menu, or at Breeze Café, where our newly designed menu delivers a fresh and casual poolside dining experience.

Requirements
* Previous experience in a restaurant, café, or high-volume catering environment
* Full availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Commitment to a full-time position (38 hours per week)
* Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
* Ability to work efficiently during busy periods with a sense of urgency
* Willingness to learn and develop new techniques
* Ability to follow recipes and manage time effectively
* Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
* Comprehensive understanding of food safety standards
