Marketing Integration Specialist - Driving Brand Alignment Across Acquisitions

Your new role
* Develop and execute marketing integration plans from Day 1 through the first 12 months post-acquisition.
* Audit acquired businesses' digital ecosystems, including websites, CRM systems, and social channels, and plan transition timelines.
* Lead co-branding strategies, asset consolidation, and creative rollouts pre- and post-acquisition.
* Manage marketing messaging and stakeholder communications to ensure clarity and consistency.
* Identify marketing opportunities across digital and social platforms to maximise brand exposure.
* Represent marketing at Integration Committee meetings, collaborating with HR, IT, legal, and corporate communications.
* Create and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables for multiple concurrent integrations.
* Standardise processes and build a program of work to future-proof marketing integration.
* Work with internal marketing team and external creative agencies to deliver campaigns and assets.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in marketing project management, ideally involving rebrands, website projects, or complex integrations.
- Strong understanding of branding and co-branding principles.
- Ability to work autonomously, make decisions in ambiguous situations, and manage competing priorities.
- High-level stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations and maintain strong relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills with confidence in meetings and able to represent marketing effectively.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-intensity environment.
- Experience in M&A or exposure to acquisition projects is highly desirable.
- Mining industry knowledge is a bonus but not essential.
