Yard Coordinator / Driver – Plant & Equipment Hire
We are a growing plant and equipment hire business servicing the South West, seeking a reliable and motivated Yard Coordinator / Driver to join our team on a casual basis.
This role is based across our Margaret River and Busselton yards, with approximately 20‐40 hours per week available depending on workload.
There is also the opportunity for the right person to move into a permanent full‐time position and grow their career within the business.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
* Cleaning and preparing machinery and equipment ready for hire
* Coordinating hire jobs and yard operations
* Delivering and collecting equipment from customer sites
* Basic servicing and repairs to machinery and equipmentMaintaining a clean, organised and safe yard
* Assisting customers with equipment handovers when required
About You
To be successful in this role you will:
* Hold a current HR driver's licence
* Be mechanically minded and handy with repairs
* Have experience with plant, machinery or equipment (preferred)
* Be reliable, self‐motivated and able to work independently
* Have good communication and organisational skills
* Be physically fit and capable of hands‐on work
* Have a strong focus on safety and customer service
