Responsibilities
* Analyse financial information and prepare accurate, insightful reports
* Support clients across compliance, reporting, and advisory matters
* Work closely with senior team members who are invested in your growth
* Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and high‐achieving office culture
Qualifications
* A solid foundation in accounting and tax compliance, with a desire to keep learning and developing
* Or, proven experience managing client relationships, reviewing work, and providing commercial, value‐add advice
* Client‐focused and enjoys building trusted relationships
* Take pride in delivering high-quality work and practical solutions
* Communicate clearly and confidently with clients and colleagues
* Curious, proactive, and keen to grow, both technically and professionally
* Enjoy working as part of a collaborative, supportive team
* May be CA/CPA qualified or working towards it; experience in a professional services or public practice environment is highly regarded
