Job Title: Area Manager - A Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as an Area Manager in the Bowen Region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based on a 38 hour work week, however flexibility is required to meet the demands of the role. You will be expected to work closely with branch staff to achieve set goals and objectives, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead effective business development strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
* Provide guidance and support to branch staff to ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated business development skills and experience.
* Proven leadership experience and skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
* Management experience of medium to large teams.
