This role plays a vital part in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional support to our statewide sales function.
* It involves striking a balance between administrative responsibilities and sales support, while collaborating with internal teams and customers across Tasmania.
Operational Support
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Accurate data entry for invoicing and management reporting.
* Maintaining accurate payroll and staff records.
* Assisting with stock and inventory management.
* Coordinating with Transport, Production, and Despatch teams.
* Managing office supplies and general administration.
Sales & Customer Support
This role requires:
* Supporting the Key Account Manager with inquiries and issue resolution.
* Preparing contracts, proposals, and sales documentation.
* Updating customer information in internal systems.
* Ensuring customer needs are met within delivery and quality standards.
Compliance & Safety
The successful candidate must:
* Uphold workplace health and safety policies.
* Maintain accurate WHS records.
* Ensure compliance with payroll and invoicing regulations.
Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
This role involves:
* Assisting with onboarding and training.
* Identifying process improvements.
* Supporting leadership with reporting and administrative tasks.
