We are working with a Property Developer that has built it's global reputation on luxury lifestyle investments that re-shape how people live, work and thrive - they are seeking the expand their operations and legal team with a newly created Paralegal Opportunity.
The Opportunity
This position supports the in-house Legal team, you'll play an important role in managing legal documentation, contract execution and compliance processes that underpin major development and wellness initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review templated legal documents including confidentiality deeds, marketing services agreements and consultant agreements
* Manage contract execution workflows and maintain accurate contract registers
* Assist with negotiation processes and track document amendments under Legal Counsel supervision
* Maintain compliance registers and support company secretarial tasks
* Support risk management processes across development and wellness divisions
* Provide assistance across sales processes, settlements and financing conditions precedent
* Maintain document control systems ensuring accurate version and file management
* Provide general legal team support including filing, database management and administrative coordination
About You
* Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, within property, development, or real estate
* Exposure to contract management, document control and compliance
* Comfortable working with legal documentation such as consultancy agreements, deeds and service contracts
* Experience supporting in-house legal teams or within a corporate environment is highly regarded
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail
* Proactive, solutions-focused and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* Genuine interest in the property development industry and contributing to a purpose-driven, high-performing team
