About the Role

We're looking for a commercially strong, highly organised, and confident negotiator to take ownership of our Chemist Warehouse ANZ partnership across Australia and New Zealand.

This is a high-impact role for someone ready to take the next step in their career and step into true national account ownership. You will lead strategy, execution, and performance across Australia and New Zealand, driving growth across both physical retail and digital channels.

You'll act as the key commercial interface between Vida Glow and Chemist Warehouse, building strong relationships, unlocking growth opportunities, and ensuring flawless execution of our joint business plans.

Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Digital teams, you will translate brand ambition into commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and deliver the Joint Business Plan (JBP) across Australia & New Zealand
* Drive sales, margin, distribution, and promotional performance
* Identify and execute growth opportunities including new launches, range optimisation, and NRM initiatives
* Lead forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking

Retail Partnership & Negotiation

* Manage and grow the Chemist Warehouse partnership through strong stakeholder relationships
* Lead annual negotiations including trade terms, promotional funding, and co-investment
* Build long-term, mutually beneficial commercial plans

Execution Excellence (In-store & Online)

* Deliver flawless execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
* Partner with Marketing to bring activations to life across in-store and digital channels

Performance & Insight

* Manage trade spend and ensure strong ROI on all activity
* Deliver accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis
* Lead quarterly business reviews with clear insights and action plans

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Partner with Supply Chain to ensure availability and minimise out-of-stocks
* Work with Finance to protect margin and ensure commercial discipline
* Align with Marketing on shopper and brand activation strategies

About You

You're commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and thrive on accountability. You understand what makes retailers tick and how to deliver mutual growth. You balance strategic vision with hands‐on execution and love building strong partnerships.

Ideally, you bring:

* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in key account management, ideally within FMCG, beauty, vitamins/nutraceuticals, or pharmacy retail.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales budgets, driving growth, and negotiating complex terms.
* Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability, comfortable with forecasting, budgeting, and margin management.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally
* Experience working cross-functionally to align brand, supply chain, finance, and marketing objectives.
* Understanding of the health & beauty retail landscape in AUS & NZ, including shopper behaviour, omnichannel trends to bring commercial plans to life in-store and online.
* Resilient, organised, and driven by results.
* Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred
