As a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager, you will oversee and direct the execution of all aspects related to hotel cost control, bringing a high level of financial acumen. Your key responsibilities include preparing daily reports on food costs, reconciling discrepancies in F&B invoices, and providing support to onboard departments by analyzing statistics to anticipate needs and solve issues.



Key Responsibilities:
