We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Chef to join ourculinary team in a Full-Time capacity, where you will have the opportunity todevelop your skills and contribute to the excellence of our dining experiences.Duties andresponsibilities include:- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the guidance of our Executive chef- Contribute to the creation and execution of high-quality and visually appealing dishes- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen, adhering to safety and hygiene standards- Support the team during busy periods, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen operations- Learn and apply culinary techniques, recipes, and presentation methods- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience for our guests.Ourseasonal peaks run through summer, public holiday and school holiday periods,availability during seasonal peaks is essential. This position will requireavailability across a 7-day roster, with evening and weekend availabilityessential. No split shifts are required in this opportunity.TheExecutive Chef is eager to see applications from Chefs or cooks that havedemonstrated experience in a restaurant and or hotel background. With ateam-oriented mentality, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and beopen minded to learning. You will be committed to producing high quality fooditems across a range of styles. You must have high standards of personal andkitchen hygiene. Preferably you will have a current food safety certificate.Candidateswill require a Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
