The Opportunity
This is a rare, ground-floor Marketing Manager role with real ownership and influence. You'll lead the full marketing function - from strategy to execution, with autonomy, pace, and clear commercial accountability.
Alongside building the established Keith Prowse Travel brand, you will also oversee the launch and growth of a new premium global travel brand in the UK, helping shape its positioning, presence, and performance in international markets.
This role suits a commercially minded marketer who understands premium brands, performance marketing, and the power of live sport.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy to drive awareness, demand, and bookings across premium sporting experiences including Formula 1, Wimbledon, Tennis Grand Slams, and the FIFA World Cup.
* Translate commercial priorities into focused marketing activity that delivers measurable booking growth and ROI.
* Report to Head of Sales to align marketing activity with inventory, priority markets, and booking targets.
* Deliver weekly performance and conversion reports to the Head of Sales, with clear insights into lead flow, conversion rates, and booking uplift.
* Identify new markets, customer segments, and opportunities to improve conversion across the customer journey.
Brand Stewardship & Global Brand Launch
* Act as brand custodian for Keith Prowse Travel, ensuring a consistent, premium look, feel, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
* Oversee the launch and growth of a new premium travel brand in the UK, building awareness, credibility, and demand from the ground up.
* Ensure both brands are clearly positioned, strategically differentiated, and executed to the highest luxury and trust standards globally.
* Lead high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across digital, website, paid media, social, partnerships, and email (EDMs).
* Set creative direction and storytelling that captures the exclusivity, emotion, and prestige of world-class sporting events.
* Work closely with external creative, digital, media, and production agencies, ensuring delivery against brand and performance objectives.
Digital, CRM & Customer Experience
* Oversee website content, user journeys, and optimisation to maximise engagement and booking conversion.
* Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives to increase repeat bookings, loyalty, and customer lifetime value.
Team Leadership & Budget Ownership
* Manage, mentor, and develop a Marketing Executive, maintaining a hands-on, high-performance culture.
* Own and manage the marketing budget, forecasting outcomes and reallocating spend to maximise commercial impact.
About You
* 5+ years' experience in a marketing role with demonstrated progression.
* Proven experience across the full marketing mix; digital, content, social, email, paid media, and brand.
* Strong commercial and performance marketing instincts (SEO, paid media, CRM, conversion optimisation).
* A premium brand sensibility, you understand how luxury, trust, and credibility are built and communicated.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with a bias for action.
* Experience in sports, travel, tourism, or events is an advantage, but not essential.
* Most importantly, you get sport — you understand the emotion of being there and know how to turn that feeling into demand and bookings.
