Our client is currently looking for a Transition Program Manager to join their team on a long term engagement.
Australian Citizens with Baseline security clearance will be required for this role.
As the Transition Program Manager, you will lead the planning, management, and governance of transitioning complex solutions into live operations and support. This is a pivotal role that ensures business and IT solutions are operationally ready, supportable, and aligned with existing enterprise frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate:
* Government Transformation Experience: A proven track record of delivering within large-scale government modernisation or complex transformation programs.
* Transition Leadership: Deep experience leading transition to operations and support within complex organisational environments.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Proven experience managing operational handovers across diverse business, IT, program, and support stakeholders.
* Governance & Risk: Strong capability in establishing readiness measures, executive reporting, and managing cross-organisational dependencies, risks, and issues.
