Sales and Branch Manager (Western Australia)

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Sales and Branch Manager to lead our Western Australia team (location: 1/46 Baile Road, Canning Vale, WA 6155).
About the Role
As the Sales and Branch Manager at HAMER 4X4, the ideal candidate will have a strong sense of ownership and loyalty to the HAMER4X4 brand. You will be expected to win more market share and brand awareness in Western Australia. Retail sales channel will be the core and will be complemented with selected wholesale partners such as traditional 4x4 shops and car dealerships.
There will be a requirement for feedback to continually improve our products and services as a goal, to set new standards, and being the best in the respective industry.
What you will be doing
* Responsible for overall Western Australia sales as well as the operational side of the distribution centre and the team members.
* Promote the HAMER4X4 brand and put it on the map as a predominant brand and market leader.
* In charge of the hub in Western Australia which includes Distribution Centre, Retail Showroom, Fitment Centre, Warehousing and Inventory management (incoming/outgoing goods, storage, dispatch, new product launches, fitment training).
* Manage all customers either walk-in or over the phone.
* Do quotes and invoicing to customers.
* Develop wholesale partnerships through face‐to‐face meetings with trade and car dealerships customers.
* Manage, secure and collect payment from dealers, trade and retail customers within the set terms.
* Introduce and push sales of new products once available.
* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to discuss new online plans and strategies for the Western Australia market.
* Participate in all major events and trade shows in Western Australia especially in the Perth‐Mandurah‐Bunbury area.
About You
* At least five (5) years of experience as a branch and/or sales manager with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding targets in automotive industry (essential).
* BS/MS Degree in Business or relevant degree.
* Motivated and driven to achieve results with a culture of accountability.
* A passion for sales and building relationships.
* Excellent customer service skills and solution driven.
* Strong community relations and industry contacts.
* Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
* Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
* Capacity to develop and maintain varied operational plans.
* Exceptional analytical skills to evaluate sales opportunities that drive growth.

* Strong work ethic.
* Must hold current driver's licence.
* Hold a high‐reach forklift licence (preferable).
Remuneration
This is subject to your skills, qualifications and experience, but it will be within a salary range of between $110,000 -$120,000 per annum + superannuation. You are also provided with the company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop.
