About Our Team
We are a dedicated team of Analysts supporting Relationship Executives in Greater Western Sydney. Our focus is on meeting the needs of Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs), typically businesses with annual turnover up to $30 million and aggregated commercial debt from $1m to $10m. Our clients span industries including retail, manufacturing, property, professional services, and not-for-profit.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct client and industry research, financial analysis, modelling, and risk assessment.
- Assess creditworthiness, oversee applications, conduct due diligence, and model financial risk.
- Support Relationship Executives to align client needs, enhance service, and strategise product offerings.
- Maintain data integrity, ensure compliance, and analyse client data.
- Research current prospects, manage credit submissions, and conduct annual reviews promptly.
- Assist with queries relating to opening business accounts and other service-based tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Business banking credit writing exposure
- Robust financial analysis and modelling skills.
- A business/commerce degree with accounting experience.
- Adaptable, independent, and collaborative with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to quickly understand complex transactions and prioritise risk, compliance, and credit assurance.
