Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced insurance professional and people leader to join our Strata team at Marsh. This role is available in our Sydney office. It is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work three days in the office and two days at home.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain constant connectivity with key Strata clients.
* Manage workflow approvals, development plans and technical oversight.
* Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the team.
* Roll out claims and strata training to Strata Managers and respond to their technical insurance questions.
* Continue to grow the book of business.
* Maintain strong technical insurance knowledge across Public Liability, Fidelity Guarantee (Crime Coverage), Building Damage, and Office Bearers (Directors & Officers) Liability.
Qualifications
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking Compliance Accreditation (ANZIIF or Equivalent).
* Prior broking or underwriting experience within Strata or Property insurance.
* Strong knowledge of General & Financial Lines products.
* The ability to balance operational leadership with client oversight.
