What you'll do
* Lead the team – Coach and support warehouse staff to drive performance and capability
* Run daily toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture
* Support recruitment, onboarding and training
* Manage inventory & systems – Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations and SAP
* Coordinate inbound freight, containers and logistics providers
* Investigate discrepancies, damaged stock and quality issues
* Safety, compliance & improvement – Enforce WHS standards, safe work procedures and PPE requirements
* Maintain audit readiness and compliance
* Identify opportunities to improve workflow, space and efficiency
* Support audits, stocktakes and continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll bring
* Certificate IV in Warehouse Management (or equivalent experience)
* Forklift licence and Heavy Rigid driver's licence
* Strong WHS knowledge
* Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
* Ability to lead a team and work independently
* SAP experience (preferred) and solid Microsoft Office skills
* Physical capacity to lift up to 20kg
