Overview
At OmniHyper, we work with hotels and hospitality groups to grow their direct revenue through digital strategy, search and emerging AI technologies. We've built strong products and delivered great results – but we see an opportunity to go even further. We don't yet have a dedicated, strategic Account Manager. This is where you come in.
Responsibilities
* Build real, deep relationships with clients – taking the time to truly understand their business and what they're trying to achieve.
* Educate and guide clients, bringing them along on the journey while maintaining a firm stance.
* Translate complex technical and strategic concepts into simple, understandable language so clients feel completely in the loop.
* Act as the conduit between the technical delivery team and the client, keeping relationships smooth and calm.
* Stay ahead of innovations, AI, industry trends, and sharpen your skills and knowledge.
* Drive marketing initiatives, tweak what isn't working, track campaign performance and ROI, and report results back to clients.
Qualifications
* Exposure to and passion for the Hotels & tourism industry; you understand it and can speak its language.
* Commercial mindset and love of marketing challenges.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical topics clearly.
* Patience with clients while maintaining authority.
* Strategic, proactive attitude and excitement about AI.
Role Details
This role is full‐time, 8:30‐5, and based in North Sydney (with some WFH flexibility once you're settled in).
