Cummins is a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Workshop Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide, SA. You will work closely with the technicians and apprentices, coaching and developing their skills.
Responsibilities
* Manage and supervise service technicians
* Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and complete required documentation
* Lead and mentor a team of technicians and apprentices
* Ensure your team achieves its KPIs and delivers results
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
Qualifications
* Qualified Heavy Diesel Automotive Mechanic (Cert III) or equivalent (mobile plant) required
* Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products
* Experience in a supervisory or management role preferred
* Strong communication and organisation skills in a high-pressure environment
* Intermediate level of relevant work experience in a technical field, including team leadership experience, required
