MMT Recruitment is seeking a Territory Operations Manager (TM) to oversee the operations of multiple public and private radiology sites across Central Queensland. This is a unique opportunity to lead a well-established, high-performing radiology network, driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality imaging services across the region.
About the Role
As the Territory Operations Manager, you will be a key leader within the business, responsible for overseeing eight radiology sites in Rockhampton, Gladstone, Emerald, Capricorn Coast, Biloela, and surrounding hospitals.
You will work closely with Chief Radiographers, Sonographers, and Medical Imaging Technologists, leading teams and ensuring seamless operational, financial, and strategic management across the network.
* Manage public and private radiology contracts to meet key performance indicators
* Drive strategic planning to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
* Lead and mentor teams to support a high-performing and collaborative work environment
* Strengthen stakeholder relationships with hospital networks, referring doctors, and corporate teams
* Utilise your radiology expertise to drive clinical excellence and innovation

About You
* 5+ years' experience in a radiology practice with strong operational leadership
* Degree in Medical Imaging (Radiography or Sonography) OR significant radiology management experience
* Business/Management Qualifications – Advantageous but not essential
* Proven financial management & contract negotiation experience
* Strong relationship-building & stakeholder management skills
* Knowledge of RIS/PACS & healthcare technology systems
* Inclusive & strategic leadership style with a passion for team development
