Your new role
As an HVAC Estimator, you will leverage your expertise to engage directly with building owners and facility managers, ensuring projects are efficiently scheduled and delivered to the highest standards. You'll conduct site walk-throughs, manage handovers, and play a key role in fostering strong relationships with clients and contractors.
What you'll need to succeed
✔ Solid experience in HVAC estimating and a strong technical background
✔ Ability to conduct site walk-throughs and client-facing interactions with confidence
✔ Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and contractors
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of SIMPRO
✔ Strong project management skills to ensure smooth project delivery
