The Opportunity
* Lead and deliver a high-quality play-based Kindergarten program
* Plan and implement curriculum aligned with the EYLF and Grow Learn Connect
* Create engaging learning environments that support children's development
* Build strong relationships with children, families, and your team
* Mentor and support educators to drive best practice
* Ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS, and Child Safe Standards
* Contribute to a positive and collaborative centre culture
About You
* Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Current VIT registration (provisional or full) – essential
* 2 years experience delivering Kindergarten programs (non-funded or funded)
* Strong understanding of EYLF, curriculum planning, and assessment
* Confident communicator with a passion for early learning
* Ability to mentor and support other educators
* Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
