Executive Assistant, APJC Technology

We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to partner with APJC Technology Leadership and contribute to the operational effectiveness and scale of our organization. This detail‐oriented, proactive professional will be responsible for enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities by expertly managing complex scheduling, travel, events, and operational coordination across a fast‐paced, global organization. The role supports technical leaders across Solutions Architecture, Customer Solutions Management, and related teams, ensuring seamless day‐to‐day operations and driving efficiency across the APJC Tech organization spanning Asia‐Pacific, Japan, and China.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage complex executive calendars across global time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and ensuring leaders are prepared for engagements.
* Coordinate domestic and international travel, crafting detailed itineraries that optimize time and productivity.
* Conceptualize and execute team events ranging from social gatherings to large‐scale staff meetings and leadership off‐sites.
* Attend key meetings, track deliverables, and drive follow‐up on action items.
* Work closely with leadership to provide real‐time prioritization of business activities.
* Exercise sound judgment when handling confidential matters and communications.
* Manage expense reporting, space planning, and ad‐hoc project coordination.
* Build collaborative relationships with Executive Assistants across AGS and the broader AWS organization.
* Lead process improvements that increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of senior‐level leadership support experience.
* Experience with executive‐level calendar management.
* Experience coordinating domestic or international travel.
* Experience leading process improvements.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
* Experience working with large global teams.
* Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
* Quick‐to‐learn, highly organized, and able to operate with autonomy in ambiguous, high‐velocity environments.
