About the Role
Working closely with the Managing Director and partnering across the business, you'll bring clarity, structure, and consistency to how we operate.
This isn't a role that sits at a distance—you'll be hands‐on, embedded, and deeply connected to the business, ensuring governance supports progress as we scale.
You will:
* Embed and strengthen governance frameworks across the organisation
* Ensure enterprise risk is visible, owned, and proactively managed
* Coordinate legal matters with a practical, commercial lens
* Lead Risk & Audit Committee cadence, reporting, and outcomes
* Bring clarity to policies, delegations, and decision‐making
* Partner with leaders to build accountability and capability

* Experience across governance, risk, legal, or compliance
* Confidence working closely with senior stakeholders
* Strong execution capability—you embed, not just design
* Background working as an intermediary between legal and operations
* A pragmatic, solutions‐focused mindset
* Experience in a scaling or multi‐site environment (highly regarded)
