We are looking for a skilled Staff Software Engineer to play a key role in shaping architecture, driving technical excellence, and solving complex problems that have real-world impact.
* Design, build, and maintain delightful user experiences that support workflows to redefine how legal work is done.
* Choose the tools to build, deploy, and scale Frontend application architecture.
* Deliver technical solutions within estimated timeframes.
* Have an eye for detail and be comfortable making design decisions.
* Continuously improve system robustness, observability, and developer experience.
You will work with experts in the legal industry and a visionary product team to revolutionize how legal professionals work. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and curiosity come together to advance our mission of transforming how legal professionals work.
About You
* You have 8+ years of experience in software development.
* You have experience building engaging and delightful UX using modern frontend technologies.
* You have experience building service-oriented architecture including Docker, Lambda, ECS, etc.
* You have strong experience in Python and TypeScript, but all language experience is considered.
* You have demonstrated ability to work with LLMs or generative AI systems – understanding their constraints, strengths, and how to build around their limitations.
