Key Responsibilities
* Conduct psychometric assessments and prepare clinical reports to guide tailored support for students.
* Champion inclusive and equitable practices in line with the Disability Standards for Education.
* Lead professional learning initiatives, empowering school staff to differentiate teaching and learning.
* Provide psycho-educational guidance and support to families and school communities.
* Collaborate with school staff, parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to improve student wellbeing and learning outcomes.
* Advise schools on recommendations for Educational Adjustment Plans.
Role Requirements
* Holds appropriate tertiary qualifications and is eligible to register as a Psychologist in Australia.
* Has knowledge of current Australian Government policies and an understanding of supporting students with additional needs.
* Demonstrates awareness of the social, diversity within the region.
* Has experience administering, scoring, and interpreting screeners and diagnostic assessments.
* Holds a valid Driver's Licence and a current Ochre Card.
