Responsibilities
Provide clerical services including maintenance of electronic and hard copy health records.
Maintain databases and information management systems.
File, photocopy, and order stationery.
Communicate with internal and external customers to obtain patient information as required.
Ensure work complies with Defence Policies and Procedures, Medical-in-Confidence and Staff-in-Confidence standards.
Provide coverage across supported sites as needed, including short-term travel between locations to backfill staff on leave or address high-demand periods.
Qualifications
Highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
Minimum of 1 year full-time experience in an administrative role (or equivalent part-time experience).
Demonstrated ability to work in a customer-service focused environment (desirable).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to support the delivery of safe, efficient and high-quality care to patients.
Must be an Australian Citizen to obtain the required Baseline Security Clearance for this role.
Additional Information
Bench role: This is a permanent full-time team member based primarily at Enoggera Health Centre, with the flexibility to provide coverage across the supported sites when required.

In partnership with Bupa, our ADF Health Services team provides integrated healthcare services to Australian Defence Force personnel across Australia.
The primary base for this position is Enoggera Health Centre, located at Gallipoli Barracks in Brisbane, and supports other nearby facilities, including Gallipoli, Victoria, Bulimba, and Damascus Barracks.
